During my stay in Amsterdam I chose to stay at the Bunk Hotel in their room called Most Epic. I was looking for a cool and unique Hotel that was relatively close to everything. Bunk Hotel did not disappoint. The building itself is a converted Church and the rooms and spaces are built like pods within the building itself so it looks like small buildings inside of the larger building. There is a nice onsite restaurant/bar and I was able to walk to most places from here.

For my stay on Lake Atitlan I stayed at The Seed Villa (called Casa Blanca by the locals) located in Tzununa, Guatemala on a 2.5 acre estate called The Seed Habitat. The Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two levels and an expansive rooftop space with views of Lake Atitlan and/or the lush tropical surroundings from every room. The home was designed with the environment in mind and built with the natural surroundings. It's advertised as luxury with sustainability. The 2.5 acre property also has two other homes available to stay in called Violeta Casa and Mimosa Cottage. Check out their website for more detailed information on the property, amenities and availability.
When visiting Cappadochia I had the opportunity to stay at the Takaev Cave Hotel. I stayed in a two bedroom two bath suite that was more like an apartment. There was a kitchen, dining space & a living room. I'd highly recommend staying here to experience what it's like to stay in a cave hotel.
Hotel Mousai boasts the title as the only 5 star and 5 Diamond Resort in Puerto Vallarta & is Adults only. This hotel is definitely more pricey than man hotels and homes that you'll find in the area but the food and service were impeccable. This is one of the Ultra Corner Suites located on the highest floor. It has 1069 sq ft of space, two balconies with one being a wrap around balcony, a jetted plunge pool, a butler, insane ocean/jungle views and a host of other over the top amenities. I stayed in the Ultra Corner Suite.
